Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping with tracking for every order. While we cannot be held responsible for undelivered mail, please rest assured that if a package is lost, we will do our utmost to assist you in locating it through the postal service.
Our handcrafted jewellery is dispatched within 5–10 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your order and payment, followed by a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been sent.
All orders are shipped from the European Union or Montenegro, depending on the final destination.
Estimated Delivery Times:

EU, UK, and other European destinations: 3–8 business days

USA: UPS shipping 2-5 business days

South America, East Asia, South Africa: Up to 1 month
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be extended due to customs processing or postal delays.
Crocodile Jewellery is not responsible for any additional customs fees or import duties that may apply. We recommend ensuring that your shipping and email addresses are correct and up to date to avoid any delivery issues.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, as received. If an item is returned damaged, the cost of repair will be deducted from the refund amount.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, or if the package is unclaimed, Crocodile Jewellery cannot be held responsible. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Please note that returns are not accepted for custom orders or layaway items, unless the item arrives to the customer damaged. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will make every effort to repair it to the best of our ability and re-send it to you.
For custom-made orders 25% non-refundable deposit is paid by the customer after the sketch is created.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 12 hours from purchase by contacting us by email fauna.silver.gems@gmail.com.
